Reach your goal, and you’ll earn a prize.

At the end of the challenge, you'll also be entered into a raffle to win a special prize, thanks to some of our favourite local businesses.
Whether you’re looking to stay accountable, try something new, or take your practice to the next level, this challenge is for you.

1 x week - Perfect for building the habit slowly. $29/class ($116)

On a pass? No worries! We can pop your pass on hold during the challenge period.
To help keep your body balanced and feeling its best, we’ve added Active Recovery classes to the schedule during the challenge period. These sessions focus on gentle reformer movement, mobility, and stretching — perfect for supporting recovery between your regular classes.
To help you stay on track, each participant will receive their own mini challenge poster displayed in the studio. You’ll be able to mark off your chosen classes each week — a fun and visual way to stay motivated and accountable to your goals!
